Jesus

I thank God for His many wonderful blessings that He has bestowed upon my life.  Even when I was in my ignorance and not realizing that my soul condition was in deep trouble, He saw fit not to allow the enemy to kill and destroy my life.  I thank God for the opportunity to share in this blog simply entitled, "Jesus." The basis scripture for this inspirational blog comes out of Matthew 1:21 which reads , "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call His name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins. WHO IS JESUS? Jesus is the One and only begotten of our Father (God); He is the second person of the Godhead trinity; conceived by the Holy Ghost; born of a virgin named Mary; born in Bethlehem; found wrapped in swaddling clothing lying in a manger; He died by crucifixion as a sacrifice to achieve atonement for the sin of all mankind, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven where He sits on the right hand of the Father.
